Wildheart Press is a place for slow words and living roots.
It was created as a home for reflection, herbal wisdom, nourishment, and storytelling — the kinds of things that are often passed hand to hand, hearth to hearth, rather than rushed into permanence.
Here you’ll find writing shaped by daily life and long memory: plant knowledge learned through observation and relationship, food prepared with care and intention, photographs that honor quiet places, and reflections drawn from motherhood, healing, and change.
Wildheart Press does not seek to teach from above or declare expertise. It is an ongoing practice of listening — to the land, to the body, to the stories that surface when life slows enough to hear them.
This space is rooted in folk traditions, seasonal rhythms, and lived experience. Some posts are practical. Some are personal. Some are simply offerings — words set down so they are not lost.
Alongside this writing, Wildheart Press also follows the creative work of our small shop, Forest’s Forge & Brew, where handmade pieces, artwork, and nature-inspired creations grow out of the same quiet rhythms that shape this space.
You are welcome here if you value gentleness, honesty, and the remembering of what it means to live close to the earth and close to one another.
